I am a Crossfit L1 Trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and proud father of 2 beautiful kids. I started my health journey in 2010 after discovering I had some health issues at a very young age. At 25 I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and considered Pre-Diabetic. It was then I decided to take control of my health and refused to simply mask the symptoms with medication; an approach so often promoted in today’s healthcare system. So I started a fitness regime and began eating healthier. Then I found High Intensity Interval Training—well actually it found me. In 2012, I was approached by an affiliate owner asking if I would be interested in coaching. With a background in training, and having developed a real passion for fitness, I couldn’t refuse. I have been coaching ever since growing, learning, and gaining experience as a coach and athlete.
My passion for fitness and nutrition is ever-growing. I truly want to help others optimize their overall health and wellness. I’m a huge proponent of illness prevention. As a fitness and nutrition coach, I am excited to be a part of a preventative healthcare system and look forward to helping the members of our gym reach their goals!
