I have been doing High Intensity Interval Training for a little over 2 years and coaching for almost a whole year. My experience with High Intensity Interval Training has been amazing. I am stronger mentally and physically. I started off 95 lbs soaking wet, barely able to keep a pair of 2.5 lb dumbbells overhead, and now I am able to lift weight that I never thought was imaginable for me. I have learned so much about myself in the past two years of doing High Intensity Interval Training and I am excited to see myself grow even more. As a trainer, I see the same growth in our athletes and I thrive off of those small (or big) accomplishments our athletes have. I love the friendships I have built through High Intensity Interval Training and I want to share this feeling with everyone I meet. I drank the Kool-aid and I don’t regret it!!
