Push press (95/65)

Back Squats (95/65)

Plank Hold

2 Minutes

Tire Flips (1 Flip = 5 Reps)

2 Minutes

Alt snatches (95/65)

2 Minutes

Handstand Hold

Rest (12oz Curls/chip dipping)
First station- Both partners working one on each movement, switch whenever.

Second Station- Plank must be held while back squats are being performed.

Third Station- both Partners work together to tire flip.

Fourth Station- alternate between partners snatching. One bar to be used if partners are at same weight.

Fifth Station- One Person must be in handstand hold for the other to rest.
