15 Minute Time Cap

Negative HSPU (5 x 5-8. As slow as possible. EOMOM)

Kick up for each rep and descend as slow as possible. Scale down to box HSPU. Scale up to 45+25# plate for any athlete that can do 10 Rx HSPU.
