Partner Holds Plank

100 M KB Pass (72/53)

60 Partner Burpees
Partner must be holding before reps may count.

KB pass – Partner with KB cannot move must pass KB to progress.

Partner burpees – one partner holds plank while the other burpees and jumps over partner.
