Easter kettlebells (Time)
Kettlebells will be scattered across the floor of the gym with a postit note on each one. Underneath the postit note will be a movement and a number of reps. The lighter the kettlebell the more reps and the harder the movement will likely be. Likewise a heavier kettlebell will probably have fewer reps and easier movements.
Athelets will run 200 Meters and then select a kettlebell at random. They will perform the movement at the number of reps designated underneath the post it note. When complete the athlete will move the kettlebell to a new location and then run another 200 meter run. The workout is complete once the athlete has completed 8 Rounds.
