10 L- Pull Ups

10 Deadlifts (315/225)
Scale Pull Ups to achievable Sets of 3-4 for the entire workouts. Scaling: Strict PU with high knees, Strict PU, Banded Strict.

Deadlifts Should be scaled to make sets of 3-4 as well and taking longer breaks than normal.
