10 walking sampson

10 side lunges per side

10 lunge w/ elbow to arch

10 x 3 second squats

Front Squat & L-sit (5 x 3 @ 70-85% EOMOM)

5 x 3 Front Squats @ 75-85% every 2 minutes

Max L-sit hold in between rounds

– parallets

– rings

– boxes

– Pull up bar
Prioritize straight legs and pointed toes. Engage lower abdominals and not quads to hold position.
