Hip Flexition Skill (No Measure)

5 rounds of 10 good mornings with a partner. Use tape on lower back or pvc along spine to give kinesthetic awareness a static core and isoloating hip flextion only.

Start with no weight, then progress to PVC, then barbell and lastly increasing to light wieghts.
