PVC/BB full clean/ snatch (w/ Squat)

OLY Skill (No Measure)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Five Rounds, Each For time.

5 Minutes to complete:

4 x 75% of 1RM Snatch

15 Bar Over Burpees
Each round will start in 5 min increments
