200 Meter Run

10 Alt burpees

10 Partner Wall Balls

10 MB Sit up Passes

10 Synchronized Ring Rows

Across the Floor (No Measure)

LLLDQ Team (Time)

In Teams of 2 CoEd (350#):

Move 50 Meters With:

– Sled

– 2x Barbells (45/35)

– 2x 45# plates

– 4x 25# plates

– 4x 15# plates

– 2x 10# plates

Move all weights (minus sled) ground to OH 30 times in any fashion by either athlete.

Move All Equipment Back to Start to Complete WOD.

Female Option (300#)

– Sled

– 2x Barbells (35)

– 4x 25# plates

– 6x 15# plates

– 4x 10# plates

Male Option (400#)

– Sled

– 2x Barbells (45)

– 4x 45# plates

– 4x 25# plates

– 2x 15# plates
To start, all weights must be separated from sled or barbell.

When performing GTO athletes should separate weight in piles of uncompleted and completed. Both athletes can work at the same time.

Time stops when all weight crosses finish line.
