Hang Pause Squat Clean (5×3 EOMOM )

Squat Clean from the high hang (from anywhere above mid thigh), with a 3 second hold in the catch position. Work on receiving in a solid position with elbows up.

Modification: Power Clean at 85% followed by two front squats.
