Backwards (No Measure)

2 rounds:

100 m run forward

20 windmills

100 m run backward

20 thread the needle

Tug of War

Tug of War
Split the class into 2 teams. Play 3 games of good ole fashion tug of war. The winning team gets to choose what the loosing team gets to do. Have fun with it!

Weightlifting

2 Front, 4 Back Squat

Alternating every minute at 70% of Back Squat weight for 10 min.

2 Front Squats

4 Back Squats

Metcon (Time)

For Time: 100 V-Ups
Every time you break, stop or rest you have 3 burpees to do before you can start working on your v-ups again. Be smart and plan your rests accordingly.
