One Stone (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In Teams of Three:

Teams will line up on the south end of the rig and when time starts one athlete will sprint to the other end of the rig and complete as many reps as they can. They then sprint back to the team to tag in the next athlete.

20 Min AMRAP:

9 Deadlifts

6 Hang Cleans

3 Shoulder to OH
** Each Athlete should pick their own weight (barbell) they can complete one full round when fresh but no more than three rounds. About 50% of their clean and jerk max.

Where ever an athlete leaves off is where the next athlete starts.

For teams of two; Have athletes work in 3 30 second intervals. first athlete 30 seconds, second athlete 30 seconds, rest for 30 and then repeat.
