3 Rounds With A Partner:

1 Min: 2 x 50′ Sled Drag (185/135)

1 Min: Max Push Press (95/65)

1 Min: 6 x Tire Flips

1 Min: Max GHD Hip Ext

1 Min: 2 Rope Climbs

1 Min: Max HSPU
Sled drag, tire flips and rope climbs are set amounts that must be completed by both athletes equally. For example both athletes will complete ONE 50′ sled drag each. Tire flip together or 3 each. 1 rope climb each.

Push Press, GHD and HSPU are one partner working at a time for max reps. ** Record only these Reps. The other set amount of reps are “buy ins” and do not account for total.
