200 Meter Run

10 Alt burpees

10 Partner Wall Balls

10 MB Sit up Passes

10 Synchronized Ring Rows

Across the Floor (No Measure)

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

1 Mile Partner Run

10 Rope Climbs

800 Meter Log Carry

30 Partner log Thrusters

25 Minute Time Cap
1 Mile run and rope climbs must be one partner working at a time, does not have to be evenly split. 800 meter log carry can be performed however athletes see fit. 30 thrusters are both athletes with log on same shoulder, perform thruster together and then switch shoulders.
