10 Parnter Deadlifts (275/205)

4 Parnter alt rope climbs

20 Partner lunges (45/35)
Rope climb mod, From laying flat to standing x3. Partner lunges are both parnters facing same in a straight line with the barbell on the same shoulder. Then they will lunge together, like the worm at the games.
