Partner Med Balls (No Measure)

2 Rounds with a partner and one med ball:

20 alternating med ball burpees

20 wall ball passess

20 wall ball sit up passes

Across the Floor (No Measure)

Metcon (Time)

In Teams of 3:

One team member resting at a time

150 Double Unders while partner holds goblet squat (53/35)

100 Kcal Row while one partner holds plank

70 DB Snatches (45/35) while one parter holds HS

6 200 meter runs
One partner must be in hold in order for the second partner to get reps. Third partner will rest. Switch as desired.

The final 200 meter sprints should alternate between partners. No hold required, both partners rest.
