After the End of the 3rd round (6 min) it will be Every Minute for Max Reps

5 Seconds Sled Drive (225/155)

10 Seconds Sled Drive

15 Seconds Sled Drive

Rx+ Back Squat (185/135)

Sled Drive (275/205)
Each width of the rubber Tile = 1 Rep.

Athletes can start at one end of the rig and drive down and back until time runs out.
