For 5 rounds:

Athletes on rowers try to roll a perfect strike!

To get a perfect strike athletes must use full pulls on the rower with no breaks in between pulls and land exactly on 100m.

2 air squat penalty for every meter off due in between rounds.

Across the Floor (No Measure)

OLY Skill (No Measure)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner 10 Min AMRAP + 5 Minute Squat Clean & Jerk Max.

10 Minute AMRAP With a Partner:

Alternate Partners Each Round:

10 Wall Balls (24/20) @ (10’/9′)

10 Snatches (75/45)

Then From minute 10 to minute 15 Teams will share a barbell for a 1RM Squat Clean and Jerk.
