5 X bear complex barbell

Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (Strict Press 5-4-3-2-1)

Go for max effort on first set, try to maintain that weight to completion. Record weight used on last rep.

Metcon

24min: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 – DU

5 – Power Cleans – 75% of Max

7 – Burpee Box Jumps
