2 Rounds of:

5 Junk Yard Dogs Each

10 MB Squat Passes at 5-10 Feet Each

5 Synchronized Kick Ups

10 Alt ring rows Each

Across the Floor (No Measure)

Tag Your It (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP With a Partner:

Partner 1 will complete as many reps as possible of:

10 Pull Ups

10 OH Walking Lungs (BB-45/35)

10 Toes To Bar

10 Wall Balls

Partner 2 will run 200 Meters.

*Each 200 meters equals 40 Reps. (5 meters is One rep) Record total reps from AMRAP and Run to total.
Take care of your hands and do not tear before 17.4!

Each round is 40 reps and each run is 40 reps. Athlete could mark each run and each round completed and then use tally to count total reps.
