10 Partner Wall Balls

10 MB Sit up Passes

10 Synchronized Ring Rows

Gymnastics

5 min EOMOM Plank Hold

Hold plank for 1 min, rest 1 min, three rounds of hold.

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

In teams of three complete 100 of each of the following:

Burpees

SDHP (95/65)

TTB

Sit Ups

Supermans

KBS (55/35)

Renegade Rows (35/25)

*One person must always be running 100m increments, and one person must always be resting. Reps can be broken up however and exercises can be completed in any order.
