For 5 rounds:

Athletes on rowers try to roll a perfect strike!

To get a perfect strike athletes must use full pulls on the rower with no breaks in between pulls and land exactly on 100m.

2 air squat penalty for every meter off due in between rounds.

Across the Floor (No Measure)

In Teams of Two Complete the Following:

200 Meter Partner Carry

100 Dead Lifts (95/65) while partner holds top of deadlift

100 Partner Wall Balls (20/14) at (10/9)

100 KB Walking Lunges (36/24) while parter holds front rack

100 Alternating Power Cleans (95/65)

RX+ Barbell (115/80)

KB (53/36)

15 Minutes of Mobility (No Measure)

Work with your trainer to identify and work on your mobility needs.
If there is time left over.
