Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by Clean and Jerk + Burpee.

First minute complete 3 clean and jerks (95/65 RX+ 135/95) and 3 burpees. Then add one rep to each movement every munute until failure.

10 minute AMRAP (immediatly after death by wodfailure)
