Barbell Warm Up (No Measure)

2 Rounds:

100 Meter Run

10 Power Cleans

5 Hang Squat Cleans

10 Power Snatch

5 Snatch Balance

400 meter run (No Measure)

Across the Floor (No Measure)

Single Leg Deadlift (5 x 8 for weight (60 seconds rest))

Keeping shoulders and hips straight deadlift on one leg using a barbell.
8 on each leg, or 16 total. Rest 60 seconds each time you switch legs.
