Snatch until failure, then

Clean until failure, then

Deadlift until break in form.

RX Men = 45lb bar and adding 5lbs to each side each minute

RX Women = 35lb bar and adding 2.5lb to each side each minute

Scaled: adjust to a lower starting weight. Use lighter weight doubles and triples for beginning athletes.

Multiple attempts are allowed.

Add heaviest snatch, clean, and deadlift for score.
