200 Meter OH Plate Carry (45/25)

20 Side Plank Hip Dips Left Side

20 V-ups

200 Meter Farmer Carry (53/36)

20 Side Plank Hip Dips Right Side

20 Knees to Elbows
OH carry is one plate, alternate arms as needed.

Farmer carry is two Kettlebells
