15 Minutes of Mobility (No Measure)

Work with your trainer to identify and work on your mobility needs.

400’s (Time)

Every 4 minutes complete a 400 Meter run for max effort For 5 Rounds

RX+ Every 3 Minutes Complete a 400 Meter Run for max effort for 5 Rounds.

Modification: If run takes longer than 2 minutes and 15 seconds modify to a 200 meter run.

Record time for each run then add for a total.
