10 Power Cleans

5 Hang Squat Cleans

10 Power Snatch

5 Snatch Balance

Across the Floor (No Measure)

Snatch Balance (3×3 60% or higher Every 90 sec)

Increase in weight each round

Hang Squat Snatch (3×2 @ 70% or higher Every 90 sec)

Focusing on perfect position and bar contact with hips, start with pull just above the knees.
