1/4 squat shuffle around rig (left lead)

10 Up to Down dog

1/4 squat Shuffle around rig (right lead)

10 Burpees

Across the Floor (No Measure)

4 min HBR Tabata (AMRAP – Reps)

4 Min Tabata:


20 seconds HBR then Rest 10 seconds, Then 20 seconds of superman extentions with chest and thighs getting off the ground on each rep, Then 10 second rest. Repeat for 4 minutes.
